Terms of service

My Sky Report is a trading name of Fitread Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17499351). These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use myskyreport.com or buy from us. Please read them. We have written them to be easy to follow.

Who we are

Your seller is Fitread Ltd, trading as My Sky Report. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. You can email us at hello@myskyreport.com.

We are a UK company. We sell to consumers in the United States only. To buy a paid report you need a US billing address. Anyone can use the free birth chart and the free tools.

By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our reports are for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not predictions. They are not medical, mental health, financial, legal or professional advice. Please do not use a report to make decisions about your health, money or legal matters. If you need that kind of help, talk to a qualified professional.

Our reports never cover health, pregnancy, death, money, investments, gambling or legal outcomes.

If you are struggling or in crisis, please call or text 988 (the US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or your local emergency number.

What you get

The free birth chart

The free chart is worked out in your browser by our own software, from your date, time and place of birth and from astronomical data. The planetary positions and chart calculations are done by our software, not by AI. You do not need an account to see it, and you do not have to give an email address.

The sign and planet readings on the free chart are short texts we wrote in advance. No AI writes them. The one short piece written with AI is the paragraph “Your chart in a few lines”. The AI writes it from your sun, moon and rising signs and your chart’s strongest element and modality, and from nothing else. Like our reports, it is for entertainment and self-reflection and can contain mistakes. You can ask for your chart by email, but you do not have to. See our privacy policy for what happens to your data, including what is sent to write that paragraph.

Paid reports

These are the options. Each one is a single, one-off payment in US dollars. Nothing renews automatically.

• Your Blueprint: $29. Your soulmate, hidden personality, career and where you belong, plus your perfect dog and movie matches.
• Blueprint + Your Future: $39. Your Blueprint, plus your Love Timeline and Your 2027: the dates that matter for love, work and growth.
• Blueprint + a deep comparison: $39. Your Blueprint, plus a deep comparison with a crush, partner or friend.
• Everything: $49. Your Blueprint, Your Future, a deep comparison with a crush, partner or friend, and Your Birthday Year.
• Compatibility report: $19. How you and one other person connect: attraction, communication and the hard parts.

A compatibility report (a comparison) is about you and one other person: a partner, a crush or a friend. You add that person’s birth details yourself, after you pay, and say who they are to you. The exception is a “Compare with someone” link, where the other chart is your friend’s (see below).

Adding to a report later

After you have a report, you can buy these from its page. Each is a single, one-off payment in US dollars, and nothing renews automatically:

• Your Future: $15. Your Love Timeline and Your 2027: the dates that matter for love, work and growth, added to your report.
• A deep comparison: $15. How your chart connects with a crush, partner or friend. You add their birth details next.
• Another comparison: $15. A new comparison with a crush, partner or friend, on its own page. You add their birth details next.
• Your Birthday Year: $12. Your year from one birthday to the next, read from the moment the Sun returns to where it was when you were born.
• 10 more chart questions: $5. 10 more questions to ask your chart, answered from your own placements.

Your Future, a deep comparison and Your Birthday Year can each be added to a report once. You can buy another comparison and 10 more chart questions as often as you like: each comparison is its own report at its own private link, listed on the report you bought it from, and each pack of questions adds to the questions that report already has. Choosing a bigger option when you first buy costs less than adding parts one by one.

Compare with someone

You can send a friend a link to compare charts. You each enter your own first name and birth details, and we keep the invite, with both sets of details, for 30 days. Neither of you ever sees the other’s birth date, time or place. You see each other’s first names and how your sun, moon, Venus and Mars connect. If a friend buys a compatibility report from the link, it describes both charts’ placements and never contains birth details. Only send the link to people you know.

Gifts

You can buy Your Blueprint, Blueprint + Your Future, Everything or 3 Blueprints as a gift for someone else. We email them a link on the date you choose, or you print a card and hand it over. They enter their own birth details when they open it, and their report is private to them. You do not see their birth details or their report.

A gift never expires and has no fees. You can have a full refund within 14 days of buying a gift, as long as it is unopened.

Reports are written by AI

We work out your chart with our own code. Then an AI writes the report from that chart. The AI is Anthropic’s Claude models, which we reach through Vercel’s AI Gateway. The AI is only given the computed chart facts (and your first name, if you gave one). Our code then checks the placements named in the text against your chart.

No human astrologer writes or reviews your report.

AI-written text can contain mistakes. Please do not rely on any factual statement in a report without checking it yourself.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. The price you see is the total you pay. No sales tax is added at present. If that changes, we will show any tax before you pay.

You pay on our page, in Stripe’s secure payment form, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. Stripe processes the payment. We never see or store your full card number. The charge will show on your card statement as MYSKYREPORT.COM.

Delivery

After you pay, your report appears on screen within a few minutes. It sits at a private, unguessable link. We also email that link to the address you gave when you paid. Please check that address is right, because it is your way back to the report.

If your order includes a compatibility report, we write it as soon as you add the other person’s birth details.

Keep the link private. Anyone who has it can read your report.

If your report has not arrived, check your spam folder, then email us at hello@myskyreport.com and we will sort it out.

Refunds

You can have a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Our refund policy explains how, and covers gifts and parts you add later.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to buy anything on the site, gifts included. You must have a US billing address. We do not take orders for, or write reports for, anyone under 13. The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

How to use the site

• Only enter your own birth details, or someone else’s with their permission. For a compatibility report, the other person must have agreed.
• Use your report for yourself. Do not resell it, or sell access to it.
• Only send gifts and comparison links to people you know. Do not use them, or a gift message, to harass or spam anyone.
• Do not try to guess report links or read anyone else’s report.
• Do not try to break, overload or get around the site.

If you break these rules, we may stop you using the site.

Your report and our content

We give you the right to keep, print and share your report for personal use.

We do not promise that you own the copyright in AI-written text. The law on this is unsettled, and purely AI-written text may not be protected by copyright at all.

The site itself, including its design, code, free chart readings and name, belongs to us or to the people who license it to us.

Our responsibility

We take care with the site and the reports. But we cannot promise the site will always be available or free of errors. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on a report.

Our total responsibility to you for anything connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses.

None of this limits anything the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. It also does not affect your right to a refund under our refund policy.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not take away any rights you have under the laws of the US state where you live.

If you have a complaint, please email us first. We would like the chance to put it right.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. The terms in force when you buy are the ones that apply to that purchase.

The whole agreement

These terms, our privacy policy and our refund policy are the whole agreement between you and us for the site. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still apply.
