Do I need my birth time for my Venus sign?
Usually not. Venus moves about a degree a day, so the date is enough unless Venus changed signs on your birthday. If you leave the time out, we use noon at your birthplace and tell you when your date is close to a change.
What if Venus was retrograde when I was born?
About every 19 months, Venus seems to move backward against the stars for roughly six weeks. That does not change your Venus sign. Some people read a retrograde Venus as a more private, reflective way of loving. We add a note when it applies to you.
